FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
We provide remote medical physics support focused on day‑to‑day treatment planning operations. This includes initial plan reviews, weekly chart checks, second‑check sign‑offs, and ongoing QA support. After a short onboarding period, we also offer stereotactic plan review and advanced physics planning services.
How do you set up remote support?
2
We connect through your clinic’s existing secure network—typically Citrix, hospital VPN, or another IT‑approved remote access system. All access is performed over a dedicated fiber‑optic connection on our end, and we follow your organization’s security policies to ensure HIPAA‑compliant remote workflow.
How do you charge for services?
3
Our billing is based on hourly workload. You’re only charged for the time spent reviewing plans, performing chart checks, or completing physics tasks. If there’s no work to be done, no hours are logged. This model keeps costs predictable and directly tied to clinical volume.
Do you replace our in‑house physicist?
4
No. Our role is to support your existing physics team—not replace them. We handle routine chart‑check and plan‑review workload so your in‑house physicists can focus on commissioning, radiation safety, special procedures, and higher‑priority clinical projects.
What does onboarding look like?
5
Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks. We coordinate with your IT team to establish secure access, review your clinic’s workflow, align on documentation standards, and complete a short probationary period to ensure our work integrates smoothly with your team.
